The Greenscape Commission shall work with the Board of Public Safety, the Beech Grove Police Department and Beech Grove Fire Department to develop and maintain a 24-hour response of contract tree crews to respond and assist the Department of Public Works and Department of Parks crews in the event of a storm or disaster restoration.
