§ 40.02. ELECTED.

Pursuant to IC 33-35-1-1 and IC 33-35-1-3, the Common Council hereby establishes that the Beech Grove City Court will be headed and operated by a City Judge who shall be elected at the municipal election to be held in November of 2007 and at each subsequent municipal election held every fourth year after 2007.
