§ 92.01. CONVERSION OF LICK CREEK CEMETERY TO PARK.

For the best interests of the public and of any and all relatives of persons buried in Lick Creek Cemetery, also known as Lick Creek Grave Yard, the cemetery is converted to a city park by complying with provisions of IC 23-14-24-1 et seq.
