§ 94.141. REQUIRED; PERMIT APPLICATION; PERMIT AND FEES.

  • (A) No person shall operate a Halloween amusement without first obtaining a permit from the city. Such permit shall be approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
    (B) An application for a Halloween amusement permit shall be obtained from the city and shall contain the following information.
    (1) The name of the organization sponsoring the amusement;
    (2) The name of the person(s) in charge of the amusement operations;
    (3) The period of time (dates and hours) in, which the amusement will be operated.
    (4) The person or organization wishing to obtain a permit to operate a Halloween amusement shall provide a certificate of insurance in the amount not less than $1,000,000 holding the city harmless from any liability.
    (C) The fee for each permit issued pursuant to this division shall be $250 payable to the city. The certificate of insurance shall be presented to the Clerk/ Treasurer for proper filing.
