§ 94.011. ORGANIZATION OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT'S FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU.

(A) The Fire Prevention Bureau of the Beech Grove Fire Department shall be under the supervision of the Injury Prevention Chief appointed pursuant to the applicable personnel rules of the Beech Grove Fire Department. The jurisdiction of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be within the city.
(B) The local Fire Prevention Bureau established pursuant to § 94.010 shall be operated under the executive control of the Fire Chief and the administrative supervision of the Injury Prevention Chief.
(C) The Injury Prevention Bureau of the Fire Department shall be under the supervision of the Injury Prevention Chief appointed pursuant to the applicable personnel rules of the Fire Department. The jurisdiction of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be within the city.
