§ 50.040. UNIFORM SOLID WASTE FEE COLLECTION.

(A) Notwithstanding any other provision of the Code of Ordinances, all costs relating to collecting, treating and disposing of garbage in a sanitary manner, including equipment and wages, as provided in Chapter 96 of this Code, shall be included in and accounted for as a cost of the city’s sewage works provided for in this chapter as provided for and allowed by IC 36-9-1-8(12) and IC 36-9-23-25(d)(8).
(B) The uniform solid waste fee established by § 96.07 of the Code is hereby set at the rate of $10 per month to be billed to all single-family residence units and all multi-family residence units located within the corporate boundaries of the city.
(C) The uniform solid waste fee established by § 96.07 hereby shall set the rate of $15 per month to be billed to all single and double family residences within the corporate boundaries of the city.
