§ 50.056. SUBSURFACE FILL REQUIRED.

The applicant or his agent shall fill and compact the excavation with Number 53 stone or other fill approved by the Street Commissioner. In no event may regular soil be used to fill the excavation. The applicant shall remove the excavated soil from the public street and dispose of it in a lawful place and manner.
