§ 50.202. STORMWATER USER FEES.

Latest version.
  • (A) Calculation of stormwater fees. The fee per one Equivalent Residential User (ERU) shall be $3.75.
    (B) Residential stormwater user fee. The monthly user fee is uniform for all residential properties (as defined in the Policy and Procedures Manual) which are assigned one ERU.
    (C) Non-residential stormwater user fee. The monthly user fee for a non-residential property (as defined in the Policy and Procedures Manual) is determined using an ERU multiplier, which is calculated by dividing the total impervious surface area within the property by the base ERU of 2,620 square fect. This method allows for the non-residential property user fees to be based upon the amount of impervious surface area within the property as compared to the amount of impervious surface area of the average residential property. The ERU multiplier shall be rounded to one decimal place, and the minimum ERU shall be one. The ERU multiplier is then multiplied by the current user fee for one ERU to determine the actual user fee in dollars.
