§ 71.82. PENALTIES.

Latest version.

The penalty for violation of any provision of this subchapter shall be as follows:
(A) A fine not exceeding $50 for a first violation.
(B) A fine not exceeding $100 for a second violation within a 12-month period of the first violation.
(C) A fine not exceeding $200 for a third and any additional violations within a 12-month period of the first violation.
(D) A fourth or any additional violations within a 12-month period of the first violation may be cited as a misdemeanor.
