§ 72.44. FEES; DISPOSITION THEREOF.

(A) An initial administrative fee of $25 shall be paid upon issuance of the permit to defray the city's cost of issuance and painting the curb of the parking space. In addition thereto, an annual permit fee of $26 shall be paid thereafter ($13 if issued after July 1 of any year).

(B) All funds derived from the granting of permits under the provisions of this subchapter shall be placed in the general fund of the city.
