§ 111.13. ANNUAL LICENSE AND APPROVAL FEE.

  • (A) Any person, partnership, firm, corporation, or individual engaged in the business of selling, painting, erecting, or maintaining ground signboards within the corporate limits of the city shall pay the Clerk-Treasurer an annual license fee to engage in the business and shall receive from the Clerk-Treasurer, upon the payment of the license fee, a license to engage in the business within the corporate limits.
    (B) The license shall be approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety upon payment made to the Clerk-Treasurer and shall be obtained not later than January 1 in each year. The license fee shall be paid the Clerk-Treasurer and shall be $30.
