§ 115.26. LICENSEE TO COMPLY WITH TRAFFIC LAW.

Upon license issuance, the licensee must at all times comply with and obey the provisions of the city traffic code, other applicable ordinances, and all statutes relating to traffic and such business and their conduct thereof.
