§ 150.066. FEES FOR CONSTRUCTION, REPLACEMENT OR ADDITIONS TO STRUCTURES.

(A) Construction or placement of a new structure.

(1) Minimum fee: $175.

(2) General rate: $.06 per square feet of total living area including finished basement and/or attic areas and attached garage/carport.

(B) Remodeling of an existing structure involving relocating, removing or altering structural members.

(1) Fee: $60.

(C) Accessory structures appurtenant to one- or two-family structures.

(1) Fee: $90.

(D) Roof, gutter, siding and/or window replacement exceeding 50% of the existing total roof, gutter, siding or window areas.

(1) Fee: $60.

(E) Basic homeowner permit.

(1) Fee: $50.

(F) Re-inspection or additional inspection fees.

(1) Fee per additional inspection (two included with permit): $50 each.

(G) Plan review.

(1) Fee: $50.
