§ 150.070. HEATING, COOLING, AND REFRIGERATION FEES.

(A) Installation of heating system or space heating equipment, or cooling system or space cooling equipment or combined heating and cooling systems and duct work.

(1) One- or two-family residential structure:

(a) Install new heating system: $75.

(b) Install new cooling system: $75.

(c) Install new heating and cooling system: $125.

(2) Structures other than one- or two-family residential structures:

(a) Install new heating system: $100 each.

(b) Install new cooling system: $100 each.

(3) Re-inspection or additional inspection fees:

(a) Fee per additional inspection (two included with permit): $40 each.

(4) Plan review fee: $50.

(B) Replacement of or addition to an existing heating system or space heating equipment or cooling system or space cooling equipment or combined heating and cooling systems.

(1) One- or two-family residential structure:

(a) Replace existing heating system: $50.

(b) Replace existing cooling system: $50.

(c) Replace existing heating and cooling system: $100.

(2) Structures other than one- or two-family residential structures:

(a) Replace existing heating system: $75 each.

(b) Replace existing cooling system: $75 each.

(c) Replace existing heating and cooling system: $150 each.

(3) Re-inspection or additional inspection fees:

(a) Fee per additional inspection (one included with permit): $50 each.

(4) Plan review fee: $50.

(C) Installation of commercial refrigeration equipment.

(1) Minimum fee: $45.

(2) General rate: $3 per horsepower or fraction thereof.

(D) Alteration or additions to commercial refrigeration equipment.

(1) Fee: $35.

(2) Re-inspection or additional inspection fees:

(a) Fee per additional inspection (one included with permit): $40 each.
