§ 150.082. UTILITY LOCATE FEES.

A notice ticket fee shall be assessed for each permit that is issued by the city for construction activity requiring an 811 notification for utility locates. The notice ticket fee charged as part of each permit shall equal what is charged to the city for utility locate services.
