§ 150.085. MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR CONSTRUCTION NOT REGULATED BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING COUNCIL.

Any construction activity for which rules or standards not fixed by the Indiana Department of Fire and Building Services pursuant to 675 IAC 12, amended, shall be regulated by the most recently fixed set of rules or standards of the Indiana Department of Fire and Building Services which are most reasonably applicable to that kind of structure or building equipment. The determination of what set of rules or standards are applicable shall be made by the Building Commissioner taking into account the size, method of construction, nature of materials, and ultimate use of the structure or building equipment.
