§ 72.49. ENFORCEMENT.

No vehicle other than those authorized by a valid handicap plate or card of the person(s) living in the registered residence of which a parking space is designated shall park in the provided parking space marked herein. The permit holder reserves the right to contact law enforcement for the purpose of enforcement should any vehicle not authorized be parked in a properly marked and designated handicap spot.
